The Arabia area is designed for 3 300 parking spaces, of which about 2 000 parking spaces are for residents. The parking areas for residents are managed by the Arabian Service Ltd and parking spaces for visitors are located along the streets. These parking spaces fall under the responsibility of the City of Helsinki, as short-term (2-4 h) parking. The parking spaces are rented by the representative of your housing company. If you would like to loan your car park space to your guests, you can use the attached map service.
Business and customer parking is taken care of individually depending on each case. Arabia Parkki Oy is the largest single parking lease company for businesses and private residents and its office can be found at Arabiankatu 10. In addition to this, Arabia Center has a parking hall and outside spaces for short stay customer parking situated at the Hämeentie 135.
The Arabia shopping center has a customer friendly car park for about 300 cars. In addition to this there is a long term car park for business and private customers which can be rented in a car park hall which is situated at Kaanankatu 10, and is operated by Arabian Teollisuuskiinteistöt oy (Industrial Real Estate). The public, street parking and its control falls under the responsibility of the City of Helsinki and any illegal parking on the street or other disturbing parking can be brought to the attention of City of Helsinki’s traffic control office.
