Residential houses

An Action Group of voluntary residents plan and conduct the house functions. The members of the Action Group are elected through representative meetings and elect other residents of the area, who are interested in developing the functions in the area. The Arabia Service Ltd’s responsibility is the construction, upkeep and maintenance of the communal club premises. The functions organized in the Kääntöpaikka and later in Bokvilla are financed by course payments and rents.

Kääntöpaikka

The old bank has been renovated into a Culture and residential house, the Kääntöpaikka began functioning in the autumn of 2009. The building acts as a meeting place for residents and hosts different kinds of hobby groups and functions. People can rent the Kääntöpaikka building for celebration functions and meetings.

Under the Arabia service Ltd’s service agreement with the housing company, residents have the right to reductions in price for course payments and rents. For more information about Kääntöpaikka courses and functions on the website www.kaantopaikka.fi
